here's two little Karlson type - each sitting about 2 feet up and the mic ~2 feet back, with the mic pointing ~ at the center of the cabinet.

L. Cao's F6 has very good high frequency extension for a single driver without any whizzer - the mic wasn't dead on axis either.
- the only damping in the Karlsonator six is fluffed polyfil in the first stub and a pad of Dacron on the floor of the cabinet

more graphs vs some other K

yes - those will work better than polarized !

more in-room graphs - the Karlsonator 6 prototype with L. Cao F6 Diatone style fullrange vs a pro mid in the "SK8" K-coupler , and two drivers in K12 type with 7-slit vent like the "Pioneer" cabinet owned by Mark Hardy.

sometime I'll redo these as the K12 they sat upon had its aperture open and that could have some influence.

Visaton's BG20 produces nearly the same graph from lows to 1KHz as
Eminence's later model Beta10CX. Beta10CX has much more impact as it has more displacement and linearity than the inexpensive Visaton.

L Cao's 6.5" F6 speaker is more sensitive than Eminence's 10lb Delta 8A pro midrange

Welter's "K8" based upon the 1957 K12 is really pretty good - but its high tuning and small rear chamber limit bass.

BetsyK is somewhat more extended than BG20 - BG20 could use a helper tweeter. BetsyK has a ~10K peak that adds some life up there.
