Help with Filter

Hi i have made my set of b3n TLs
I am strugling to understand the filter as per zaph audio.

Can someone please tell me what this means ie i know i need a coil resistors and caps
What i dont know what is what in the diagram.

Please help just need to know what Cap to buy what resistors to buy and what coil. He refers to unwinding a coil so what one do i buy to unwind????

It's in the right side of the XO schematic what you need. The image in the XO section.

It's the 0.08mH he's suggesting you may have to unwind. Meaning, its hard to find that size, so buy a 0.1 and unwind it to 0.08.
