Question I need some 1" [25mm] diameter port tubes - UK

Stupid I know, but I'm looking for a retailer for these:

Port Tube 1" ID x 4" L Flared 260-470

The smallest diameter reflex tubes I can find are 35mm here in the UK. I may have to get them from parts express but would prefer to find a European supplier. I can make my own from black plastic tubing but would prefer the flared end.

Failing that anyone have any they are willing to stuff in a jiffy bag and mail them to me?

If you use a cone shaped former to open the end up and boiling/hot water that should form 1" plastic pipe.

Can you buy formers or would you machine the cone out of MDF?

The one inch bsp stainless pipe i have is 23mm inner diameter. That's what i use when i needed one inch ports, works as good as 25mm as far as you could expect.

For one inch, bit of plastic pipe, heat and flare the end with half a sail eyelet or similar, or even cut and build up a former on a broom handle, drop it down onto an inverted funnel, loads of options

I could. Have two 60mm by 23mm stainless ports, well pipe. A bit of work and you could chamfer the inner edge. Being metal they may be a couple of quid UK postage.

PM me if you like.

Plastic pipe or (gasp) cardboard tube (not from a loo roll, thank you). Recessed inside the front panel it will be barely visible.

Thank you all for the suggestions. I managed to track down some rigid black PVC pipe at an external diameter of 25mm. I'm also going to experiment with the slightly larger Monacor ports at 29mm
