Default Voigt Corner Horn contemporary build based on original design and materials

For those so interested, a recent build from scratch of the Voigt Corner Horn is chronicled here:

My HiFi : VOIGT DOMESTIC HORN - YouTube

I know you are as much listening to the microphone in these youtube recordings, but it's obvious to hear it has a dynamic and full-bodied sound. I'd love to hear it in person. In stereo if at all possible.

The Voigt domestic corner horn was a total design; Lowther drive units are completely different in them. No "shout" and a really even frequency response. (I measured a pair of a friend)
That you tube recording doesn't just show how good the domestic corner horn is. It also shows how satisfying a mono rendition (with one speaker) can be.

I've always wanted to listen to one of these. There was one for sale on eBay in the UK not that long ago. I think it was £1,800 without the driver.

Correction: £4495.

I just looked over those photos again. I need to start practicing my wood-working skills. I'm definitely going to attempt this at some point.
