Just did a quick search here, dont see anything on the Philips 9710 drivers
Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions for enclosures?

I used it in a Karlson 12, it did well enough there. For a straight-up reflex, it wants something larger than the 40L recommended by Philips. I tried ~50L and was not crazy about it. It'd probably be happy in 100L+. A large TQWT might be pretty good too.

I've done some MLTL, TQWT designs for others, so how big, tall can you tolerate?

Just how large would you make it for a "no-compromise" (I know - there always are, but still...) reflex or TQWT?

I made exactly the same model as this address.

2A3 Maniac: Hochwirkungsgradlautsprecher: Offenes Gehäuse mit Seas FA22RCZ - der Bau

I used the 9710. The sound is very good, detailed, beautiful with good bass. For jazz and acoustic music.
Very easy to build.
I often alternate between this model and my old Bozak.

Have not got huge space, bout 4200mm wide, so a large cab is not going to work.
I do like the triangular cab as linked, 300wide would be close to max. Heavy base to make it a little more child friendly would be good.

Thank you all for the input so far!
