Default rear facing/boundary loading BVR's

Hi,

Is there any particular reason why BVR's don't ever seem to be rear facing for wall loading?

thanks

The Decware DNA horn is a hybrid BVR that is rear facing. It works quite well due to the wall loading. See recent thread.

i'm also wondering why scottmoose prefers to front fire his BVR designs. is this an acoustic choice or due to design constraints?

Here is an example of taking a front firing BVR and making it rear firing - all in a simulation of course.
