Default Field Coil Speakers: Jensen F12NS

I jsut started my project about and around a pair of Jensen F12NS which are field coil (FC) driven speakers of 12" diamatre. It's FC and voice coil (VC) resistances are 250 ohms and a nominal 8 ohms nominally.

Right now I just put them in Pioneer CS-55 speaker cabinets. ALmost perfect diomension. I am not planning to use open baffles coz my space is very very limited, around 20 by 13 feet.

I have some questions about (1) supply of DC voltage, (2) matching with FC tweeter and choices, and (3) matching with high efficiency or even modern tweeters. Can some one point me to the right direction for some good discussions and answers?
