Default 3" midbass or fullrange speaker? - question about restoring Bang Olufsen Beolab 6000

I have bought a pair of used Bang Olufsen Beolab 6000 speakers. Unfortunatelly there's a problem with midbass (fullrange?) speakers. I'm searching for replacement for original speakers. My local (Polish) distributor of Bang Olufsen has demanded 270$ for one piece. A bit pricey considering the fact, that used pair of Beolab 6000 in perfect condition costs about 600$ in my country.

Can you tell me, wchich replacement will be the best for my Beolab speakers?

I can spend $ 250 for 4 pieces.

I'm Considering about:

1. Fountek FRS89

2. Tang Band W3-315E

Tang Band W3-315E 3" Aluminum/Magnesium Full Range Driver 264-811

3.Tang Band W3-1364SA

4.Tang Band W3-1053SC

5.Peerless 830987

6. Tang Band W3-881SJ
