Any one have tried parallel desktop: Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac - The #1 choice of customers worldwide to run Windows on Mac - Parallels

I've not tried it but I know someone who uses it for live music app. and other audio softwares.

Parallels works fine. You also need to have a copy of Windoz to install on it. Alternatives are VMWare Fusion and Sun's Virtual Box (free)
