Question Anyone Recommend 12" PA Speakers?

Any recommendations for 12" Full range PA speakers that will give good clear sound for voice, and live sound (vocals, guitars, keyboards etc)? 4ohm or 8 ohm - (Amp to purchase to). Thanks

You could Do this yourself by studying many amplifier circuits made for PA use, along the way finding out about zobel networks, frequency shaping, slightly quicker but only half the fun would be to visit a music store to assess what equipment might be right for your needs. The amp and speaker relationship in these products is usually well worked out, saving you lots of time and expense if you stick to brands with reputation. Look up videos and amp speaker types for Hendrix, Jeff Beck, Yngwie Malmsteen, Michael Hedges, Neil Young Satriani to see what worked for them. Michael Hedges was really in to getting sound right for guitar - so a few hours exploring what he did might be worthwhile. Michael Hedges - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
