Which driver is better?

I am kind of considering a different driver for an OB project that i,m working on. I have a pair of fe166en that have been heavily tweaked and when setup with the dsp sound very nice. I still feel there might be a better choice though. I would like to hear thoughts on these drivers as a choice and especially from those who have heard more than one of them and can offer opinions on how one performs better than another.

The drivers I'm considering are.

A.N. 6 or 8's
Mark alpair 12's
eminence 12lta's
fostex fe 206's

I should mention that they will be paired with dual alpha 15's so no bass is required from these choices.

Better is subjective. You have to do the listening yourself as no one can tell you what's best for you. If they can, they're really just telling you what they like more.

Well thats fine. I want to hear which one they liked more. But also why they liked it.

Someone did post up some recent info & pics of their A12p's in OB, but I can't seem to find it at present.

Better is subjective.

More so lately, it seems.

I've not heard the ANs. The rest are all dramatically different. For an OB with all the bass support you have a smaller driver with better mid & top makes more sense to me.
