If they are boxed singly, id start with taping all edges of the boxes sealed and cutting an appropriate hole in them.
Mount and wire the drivers and youll have a starting point.
Decide what you want to change about the sound and find a design that gives that.
Something tells me that you probably wont end up with a box much bigger than 2 or 3 of the shipping boxes stacked.
