I just bought these TB W3-1401SD and was thinking about using them for some computer speakers or for a small system at work to listen to music. I do not want anything large, something small. I just need some ideas to experiment with.

If they are boxed singly, id start with taping all edges of the boxes sealed and cutting an appropriate hole in them.
Mount and wire the drivers and youll have a starting point. Decide what you want to change about the sound and find a design that gives that. Something tells me that you probably wont end up with a box much bigger than 2 or 3 of the shipping boxes stacked.
