I was trying this afternoon with an old ISA PC MLSSA card.
The Elonex PC-5100 has no USB to get the data off, only a 3.5" floppy.

Thank you gainphile.
They are great fun to build.
All the cutout pieces can be layed out on the kitchen table for assembly.
You need small hands to screw the sub-woofers in.

von.ah, It is strange hearing low frequencies emanating from such a small space. Obviously they aren’t going to blow the doors off! Played at about 75dB in a small room they are great.
ra7, Of course there is more to the Orions than how they look, making these was an exercise in scale. I saw 5” sub-woofers and had the idea to make the Mini-me O4. This is also my first W baffle, the cavity resonance was lower and more pronounced than I had expected. I had to change the hole size up from an A5 after the front was glued on.
Squeak, I swap the 8 way Neutrik plug from my DIY challenge Orion-likes to the Mini's and switch preset on the DCX2496 (Jan / Frank Mods). The 1U amp contains 6 Hypex UCD180's and 2 Connexelectronic SMPS300R. The 4ohm W5 are wired in parallel! The micro's plugin to Hypex AS2.100.
