anyone know the dampen materials he used for the (Jordan 92s/Arum cantus G2si)? please.

I used Parts Express convoluted acoustic foam (1.5 inches base to peak thickness) or equivalent. Their part number is : 260-516

The foam was applied to the back wall, top, bottom and sides of the enclosure.

The target crossover was 3 kHz so your 3.4 kHz figure is close enough. My crossover network included baffle step compensation for a 7.5 inches baffle width.
