I have an extra pair of Tang Band W3-881SI 3" 's and I was wondering if you guys see any issue with trying to put a phase plug on it
They are like lasers so it would be nice to get some better off axis response. One of them has a minor buzz at some resonance down around 70Hz and I suspect the dust cap glue has a little come undone in a little place and air is coming out of it so I'm also hoping to fix that. It's not super noticeable unless your about 2 feet away on axis at high volume, almost no one has noticed it actually, but it's annoying to me |
