Thanks guys .
it all started last year . I made tapered cabinets convex fronts & convex rears . The 3 way compartments are all separate from each other .Then I thought can I make a tapered horn for the bass horn out of 1/16" ply it goes through the back of the cabinet & then a right angle upwards .Thats when the headaches started . Have you ever tried to roll ply cross grain you have to wet it for 24 hours . I then coated the inside with 3 layers of resin which has a least tripled the thickness very inert . I can take it in & out to try different drivers . 3 so far .Then another brain storm came along is there a driver about 25hz to 20k available 12" diameter . So that is where I am at the moment . I am very pleased with the sound.
