Default How to make 8 Ohm speaker?

Folks,

Stupid noob questions..

I am building a Lotus^2 speakers, using two CHR70 Gen 3 drivers. As I started wiring the speakers, I realized that all the amp I want to use the speakers with has only 8Ohm output (it's a tube amp). The CHR70 G3 drivers are 8Ohm each, so using two of them will give me either 4Ohm (parallel) or 16Ohm (series). This is not what I'd prefer.

So my question is there a way to make the speakers 8 Ohm? Somewhere I read about building an L-Pad or a crossover, but I am not sure how to do it... Could you point me to either some online resource or sw that can help me with this?

Thanks a lot... Paul.
