My intuition is to leave a small amount of room before the long downward cavity in this build, as well as right in front of the baffle. Does this seem reasonable? In addition to the felt in the pics, there will be some on the "top" with the same spacing to the baffle that we see in the lower piece (about 3/4"). Any opinions?
