Sachiko horn building problem

Hi i am new in full range driver and this is my very first post in this forum.What will happen if I build Sachiko with 17' of depth ( original design is 18')

This is my first back loaded horn project, I make a mistake when I cut the side penal, I am totally noob......pls help!

You have options,
1. re-cycle the side panels and cut some new ones.
2. if you're cuts are accurate add a 1" piece with biscuits or something, I think it will be OK if you just glue and clamp as well.
3. Make the back panel wider and sit the sides on it, you'll still be short 1/4" but you could just add a 1/4" shim.
I don't know how critical the internal measurements are, I suspect you need to be pretty accurate, some one will know.

I reduce 1' for penal a,c,d,e,h the internal diamention is maintain, but the horn length probably 6'-7' short than the original design.
The enclosure is almost done, I really worry about the sound...

If the enclosure is nearly done, finish it, you never know.
