I'm looking forward to build a F.A.S.T speaker system with 6'' Bass speaker Tangband W6-1108SA and 3'' fullrange speaker Tangband W3-315E
There are several proposals of german speaker magazins i.e. "Klang & Ton Cheap Trick 211" (with Tangband W3-371S + W6-1108SA) and Vettern FAST. But, I'd like to change the position of the bass. It should be build in sidewise (like the Stella Light project from Visaton). The bass should be driven by active controller Behringer CX3400. For the W3-315E I'll keep my notch filter to avoid baffle step. The speaker cabinet should have round about 30 liters. the width ~ 13,3 cm the length ~ 110 cm the depth ~ 27 cm So anyone here who could give me advice if this project should funktion well and how to tune bassreflex cabinet ? |
