I'm looking for the highest 'sensitivity' most 'efficient' loudest midrange/fullrange speakers for a new project I'm doing.

Currently I'm using 2 x 4" car speakers with a sensitivity of 88db

I can stretch to a 5" but would rather keep them small as its for a portable.

I'm on a budget, so cheaper the better...anything under £100

The quality is not a massive issue nor the bass output

I wonder if you can recommend me any?

The Monacor SP-60/4 is the best 4" high efficiency, almost full-ranger that can also play real bass at a reasonable cost. Highly recommendable. A true gem.

SP-60/4 - Monacor HiFi bass-midrange speakers 60Wmax 4Ω - Europe Audio

It's "only" 90dB/w/m but it's also 4 ohms so for all intent and purposes except battery life if that's an issue it's equal to a 93dB/w/m 8 ohms driver (like those suggested above).
