By now there must be a few DIY builds of this design - including any of several suppliers of flat-pak kits, or scratch builds.
Those folks who haven't already done so are invited to post photos of their build process or finished project - either to this thread or forward to Dave at the commercial website address listed below.

Let me kick start this by gathering some of the already posted builds

You do realize that the design is a timeless classic? No less so than the Coca-Cola bottle, the VW Beetle and the Kikkoman flask. Please forgive me my being so dramatic, but this is serious stuff

Chris built FE126eN^2 with stealthWoofer... tookme a while to get the custom drivers done and everything assembled.

How do you think a set in 1/4in steel and chrome plated would sound?
