Hello fellow diyaudio and Frugel-Horn enthusiasts! I finished building my first MK3 pair a week ago and am now busy burning in the EL-70 drivers. I'm very pleased with the sound that is developing to the better each day. Very impressive bass coming from that small driver! I find the internal design so good looking that I built one side out of 15 mm plexiglass. And also the supra-baffle. Posting some photos and a youtube link. Needless to say, the sound quality in the camera microphone doesn't do the speaker justice.
) Thank you for providing a very elegant and timeless design!!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIHeiQT8pQM |

might be using a main driver ( such as CHP70.2? ) that needs a tweeter

Good evening All.
Small addition to my FH3 speakers, temporary. Playing from 16kHz up at 89dB. Best regards. Sasha. |
