Default FE206Es in BIB - Questions of a beginner

Hi everyone! I'm into considerations of an FE206E BIB so I have some questions

1. Since my room measures 20 by 9 feet, does it make sense to have an Fs of 39Hz?
2. In general, I would like to have less height than the 87 inches calculated in the BIB calculator. Playing with Fs, i.e. increasing it, gives shorter cabinets, which is expected since less volume is required. Is this the only way of coming up with a shorter cabinet?
