Default Exponential Curved Backloaded Horn Speakers from Japan

These look similar in construction method to the Tang Band kits.

The acrylic kits look very cool

Hi,

Its hard to imagine a more poorly incorrectly titled thread. They are a limp
version of a expanding TL, the title is so way wrong, look cute but that is
about it, - technically nothing interesting to get excited about.
(And probably very wrong, but I cannot be bothered to investigate it.)

rgds, sreten.

Technically incorrect or not, the site is quite entertaining.

Cheers,
Steve

if used in a hybrid setup, very compact horns might have some worth. I can see one obvious advantage.

Could anyone design a good geometry for this? I would like to make a router template and build one, but I don't know how to draw the correct curve and expansion.

@sreten: is there any benefit to the expanding TL or should I use a different type of geometry?
