Default Ron Clarke's Austin A166 and current drivers?

I'm curious about the A166 and what drivers that are readily available that might work in it with little to no modification? I know the Fostex FE166e that it was designed for is apparently impossible to find any more... are there suitable replacements? FE166en? FF165WK? FE168EZ (gulp!), Alpair 10 or?

Thanks in advance

I think your best bet would be the FE166En

Thanks guys! I'm just considering what to build next (I discovered I like working with wood) and would hate to pick a plan that might be obsolete from lack of suitable drivers by the time I get around to actually building it.

I'd like to shoot for floorstanding, full range single driver with a tried and tested response that is reasonably flat down to 40Hz. I like my Audio Nirvana Super 8"s (now in metronomes) but realize they might not be the end all driver to have and would like to adopt some reasonably priced 6.5" drivers to play with as well... or smaller, if 40Hz isn't entirely out of the question.
