building the CS2.4 driver on Vimeo
Very cool vid showing how this clever driver is made. Altho 2-way, the centrally mounted tweeter doesnt need an electrical crossover, making this a 'full range' driver of sorts. nice!

wd like to see Thiel do a bigger driver using this system, maybe with that corrigated look like their bass drivers have.

Hope the employee in the vids was going respirator-less only for making those vids?? Day after day of exposure to epoxy glues, sanding dust, sanding sealer and lacquer, is not a very healthy thing at all... Nevertheless interesting info to watch, albeit at the reluctance of the employer to insist on a proper safety standard, and the employee's non initiative to protect himself.... Other than that and MDF, good show
