i have a small request can anyone give a link for 2.1 system circuit and needed parts because i can't find it anywere

you could use a MiniDSP and just add the amp you need. (that's what I did)

You can look for amplifier circuit which will satisfy your needs and you can implement active crossover circuit to separate signal for bass and satellites.
It will be good if you tell us what speaker drivers you will use for your project. Add some more details and im sure somebody will help you.
