Sachiko/aspen slab

Just an FYI.

I don't have access to the proper shop facilities I would like, so i'm usually on the lookout for materials I can work with, i.e. its very difficult for me to deal with full 4x8 plywood, I usually build with 4x4 sheets and refigure the cut list.

In case I'm not the only one-I have found 18x72 Aspen solid wood slabs at one of my local Lowes home centers, these happen to be the exact size needed for Sachiko side panels. I know this only helps U.S residents and strays from the B.B. ply crowd, but at least for me it allows me to seriously consider building the Sachkos.

Only one out of three local stores has these in stock, hope this is good news for somebody else.
