Anyone have a link to an Onken-calculator that works?
The Fertin field-coil should fit well due to the adjustable voltage, I guess. The TS paramtres can be found on their site, with addet Qts data for various voltages. http://www.fertin-acoustic.com/hp_38ex.php Any users comments regarding this driver is appreciated. Plan to use it with TAD TM-1201 as mid-bass, and try out various solutions like TAD TD-4001 or 2001 with solid wood horns, maybe T500AmkII or GOTO SG-188BL on top. |

Not so much unfortunately
, its mass, compliance, BL, Sd, Vas specs are far enough out of line with each other to make them pretty much worthless for calculating something as design specific as an Onken and I know of no way short of measuring them to determine what they really are.GM

I second GM in this. Running my spreadsheet you get a F3 , in the ballpark, of 75Hz, together with a tiny 32dm3 box. Also a 110cm long port makes no sense.

Yes, I get some funny results too. Besides, the various voltages will obviously influence heavily on the other specs, making it probably impossible to estimate any results. Hmm..
