Hi All,
I have a 6.1 setup, The receiver is from Sony (STR-K880). Currently, my front speakers are bookshelves found here: Product7. They are rear ported. Very detailed and neutral. I sort of like them for their non-boxy sound. For all my music content I use only front speakers and Sub. I have some serious space constraints in my room. So I want my fronts to be wall mounted (on wall brackets). I'm considering Alpair 5's with custom made Sealed boxes for this project. I want the bookshelves replaced with the new speakers made from Alpairs. I want suggestions on this. How would it fare against my current bookshelves. Note: My sub takes down from 100 Hz Thanks in advance |

You'd be better off considerin Alpair6s. 5s are challenged to reach 100 Hz.
