Sorry noob question. I got a pair of fe206esr, would the fe208E Sigma enclosure work with this driver? I have been searching but could not find anything about these in the 208E Sigma enclosure. Thanks

mine are 12.5wx20"dx48"h. i added a 5" fountek ribbon cd2 tw. on the front baffel at the top. to me they sound great no need for a sub but i do have one. will try to get my son to post photos. whit all the wood they get very heavy. they are single layer. audioray--boston |

Do the fe206esr need the ribbon tweeters? I am planning on keeping the ones I have to try out. What cap value are you using with the tweeter? Tony |

with josh at madisound i started adding caps and ended up at 5.0uf. it depens on your ears i used a clarity red.do you need a tw. its up to you. my set up sound excelent to my ears. the fe206esr are a jewel. |

Hello,
donīt you find my HP? take view of my SAXOPHON and the RDH20, they would be a solution for the Fe206esr, because of the depth may be with an extra baffle of 25 mm. audioray, do you test your ears? imho you donīt need any tweeter, fostex has enough HT specially in your age, make measurements, 5ĩF seems to much if you dont cancle the Fostex at ~3kHz

Hi, thanks for sharing the pictures, very interesting designs. I will try out the super tweeter with the fe206esr, if I feel they are not needed then I will remove them, I agree with the cap value being high. |

sorry,
in your case i think your hear the undertone one oktave below ~8-10 kHz because you must have more than ~110 dB 1W 1m there. IMHO
