im building a set of half changs and im using the pioneer drivers.
as most of you know the high range is non existant even though its labelled a fullrange driver, so im going to be pairing it with a set of tweeters. should the tweeter be mounted near the B16 facing the same direction or should i put on the bottom firing against the angled baffle or right on top firing above the box in a radial pattern? |

Whereever you like, although I'd have it as close as possible to the B20 myself.

idk where id like it cause ive never even listened to one of these
![]() I guess i can just put it facing forward with the main driver. I wasnt sure if more sound came from the front of the driver or from the horn. if i did it as an omnidirectional tweeter top it wouldnt matter either way. |
