Re-post from audiocircle.com:
If you have built or plan to build speakers with a single, crossoverless 10-inch driver, can you please post a link to your chosen design or give a brief description? There seem to be many tried and tested options for 8-inch drivers (back loaded horns, transmission line, bass reflex, etc.) but I could not find almost any for 10-inch drivers. This may be of interest to anyone considering to build a pair of 10" fullrange speakers. Thank you.
So far I was directed to this thread but other options are appreciated:

Hello hebrer,
the construction is from 1984,
realized for a friend as an single lying sub woofer
for his cinema during 1990, he like it and hear it also today.
i think 8" is the "largest" size for FR, look my double horns
SAXOPHON and RDH20 smaller and better bass,
soundstage and imp as a Helikon.

Yeah, 10" seems too big to get properly extended treble out of it. A super tweeter could well be in order.
wouldn't need a tweeter a Philips 'ad 4000 m',
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Can I suggest you look for cabinet designs for Coral Beta 10's, Flat 10's, or perhaps Coral / Peak 10CX50(1) coaxials?
Doug
More plans
Thank you, Doug, for these suggestions. I might do just that. As of now, I am almost decided to build EZ10 (The S.P.Q.R. EZ10 S.P.Q.R. Acoustics )
designed by Thomas Petzwinkler (with no listening impressions yet of an actually built pair) but it never hurts to get another perspective and more choice.

Not there yet
Hi Thomas, the speaker project has been put on hold (autumn priorities: edible forest garden and time with kids) but my curiousity kicks in every time I see the AN drivers just waiting on the shelf. The vacation time at the end of the year is when I see this project actually finished...

Let me know if you ever build them! I have been trying to get anyone who has built my designs to let me know what they think so that I can improve upon them.
Where can I find plans for this build? And specs for the driver its designed for?
edit - Scratch that - found them!

Hi i have made many fullrange boxes mostly tqwt and mltqwt i still use the custom 10 inch driver below , i use a few old 3 in paper tweeters over the years with different xover points from 4.5 k to 10 k
it might work for that driver, i have been using this box for 8 years
