Default Tascam VL-M3 powered full-range monitors. What do you guys think?

Hi, I found these tascam vl-m3 single driver monitors while browsing the internet, I'm intersted in using them for the front, center, and rears of my small 5.1 surround sound system. They get pretty good reviews, they are powered by an external power supply which is nice because I can change it with a linear power supply easily. I was wondering what you guys think, would they be any good?
