Default OT - PRK tomorrow!

I will disappear for a week or so. Getting PRK laser eye surgery and have been told I won't be able to work on computer for a week to ten days. I hope I can get back to work sooner! Last night I was at Home Depot having wood cut for my next project (some sawdust got into my eye darn!) but I am hopeful that soon after surgery I will be building something new! Just wanted to let everyone know. I plan to listen to lots of music while healing. Tonight I am going to set aside many CDs to help me thru the process.

Enjoy the time off Jeff. Best possible excuse to put your feet up & listen to music for a while.

Wish you the best.
My father did it with both his eyes and is very satisfied with the result.
Enjoy the music,
Leon

how well does it work for presbyopia? During the last 10 yrs or so I've had to update my glasses prescription 3 times - at close to $900 each time for progressive tri-focals

Good luck Jeff

Close your eyes, drink some good wine, and let the music play

Regards,

PRK Day 1 - Blurry vision. No pain. So far so good! Valium today made me feel drunk... no music yet but my iTouch is by the bed.

PRK = lots of music! Mostly Pandora radio thru my touch, to the tube amp thru my ob using TB 1808 plus woofers. Probably a few more days before i can drive. My wife will take me into work for half days probably starting thurs or friday. still blurry but no pain. Just pain on the third day but otherwise nothing but irritation from the contact lens 'bandage'... nothing a few drops won't take care of.

Have a good Memorial Day if in USA!
