Hey gang, I'm having some trouble modeling enclosures for this nice little speaker. I got a great deal on them so I had to get a few, but I'm having troubles with LF response(imagine that!). I'm using winisd to find enclosure volume and port sizing, but everything blows way past xmax @200hz. I dont like what the graph shows when I play it safe...
It seems like the TB 3'' and 4'' full ranges do well in TLs, so I was wondering if someone might like to help me with some FR graphs. I use a mac and have only gotten so far as to use .xls worksheets. I would like to keep the size down to a minimum, so I kind of just guessed at these numbers: ![]() I think I could lay it out like this: ![]() Any thoughts on whether this (a small TL) is a better alternative to a small ported enclosure? |

You're right. I guess I was just being optimistic about bass from the lil guys. The EBP is 140, but sealed looks best
