I'm wanting to add some small tractrix horns to my full range speakers, back loaded horns cabinets using Fostex 126e's. I'm looking to use the BMS 4524 but where to find the horns. I did see some at Stereo Lab but would rather have units made of wood and sourced in the CONUS if possible.
I've spent hours and hours using "search" and I couldn't find what I was looking for. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it |

the stereolabs are nice, but the 400hz model really need 24db LR crossover at 600hz (already 6db down at crossover point). Others have said 12db min at 800hz.
And the tractrix (sterolab) really only wants to be run a decade. You can run from 800hz all the way up but dispersion really narrows as you go up, as does distortion. Norman |
