Default Enable vintage alnico speakers

I have a pair of vintage 7" full range that I want to have it "enabled". Just wondering if there is anyone here in the US who can do it for a fee. Thanks.

What kind?

I'll do them if you can't get Bud to or find anyone else in the US... if they charge you, someone will need to pay the royalty fee.
