Two days in and I've got some good pics of my build on a pair of frugalhorns, I love the design but had to do a few mods to accomidate a pair of Infinity kappa 6.5 inch two ways... Here are the pics!

haha, you have an eye for details, love it, can't slip anything past you. It was actually quite a task, I had the extra 3/4" MDF left over from the 8' sub horn so I wanted to use it up. I tried to stay true to the original internal area measurements, because I have yet to successfully operate or even really understand HORNRESP, and to be quite honest I was ridiculously anxious to build them. It took nearly 4hours of recalculating and adjusting and had to redesign the plans completely, almost an inch taller and an inch wider, if I had to do it over again I would just go out and buy a sheet of 1/2". Saved money but wasted alot of time.

I have yet to build the supra baffles or deflectors, but by the end of Tuesday I will most likely be able to test them completed.

Sounds like a success!:) Is the tweeter pointed up, or is it a photo angle thing? How do you like the push tabs on the back for the wires (are binding posts really worth the extra cost)?

BTW- Nice Bianchi.

The tweeters are pointed up, they're angled a bit and I just figured up was better than down. It actually works quite well because at the angle from my seat they point straight at me.
P.S. I love that bike, I ride it every day.

$500 is a steal. I was in the market for a couple of months, but couldn't find anyone to go down to the price I wanted. I had my friend build me up a fixie, but I settled on an old school steel frame. The good thing about knowing bike mechanics, I ended up trading in some bikes that were being thrown away and paid less than the price of the wheels for the whole fixie :D

Keep up the good work (and the bike)

Josh
