Wavecor drivers are made in China by ex-Tympany engineers, prices are low;
the 5" looks like it would be good for a Bookshelf speaker 5.5" - 4 Ohm - Ferrite - WF138WA02 - Soundlabs Group edit: but I guess you're looking for a full range driver - does Taiwan count as 'China' :-?

For full range, Fostex, Mark Audio, TangBand are all Chinese.
