OK im finished in all the meanings...
Finaly I made some mistakes but I have done it and well I will see how it will perform when the driver will "settle"---
First mistake I made was to take fiberglas thas for termoislation instead of acustic isolationm the second more worse is I made a hole in the driver with the scruedriver! I hade a phone call and as I holded the phone with my shoulder, I was scruing and made a hole in the black cover of the driver,... I used thend the isolation tape and well it plays and I can lisen no difference till now, I will later change the driver. Never the last im realy exhaused, it is in deed a lot of work to finish a speaker!!!
So finaly I did it all is together it plays and its realy nice, since so far I had to my amp conected only old car speakers, so even after few hours of plaing they sound to me very lisenable, I miss some bass but hopefully this will setle.
If not I did not glued one site so I can open the box and play with the damping.
So they might not be perfect like if Bob would make them but, what ever my first speakers are done and comparet to what I had so far they are greath !!!!

Here is the first measurement - its done totaly amateurish, ... I have no equipment so its not really representative, but so far I have made a full range responce here is the result:

here is the result of the program if the microphone is muted:

For the measurement have been used a microphone from a cheap no name headset, it was about 15cm from the driver and about 15cm below the driver as I had no holter to hold it in the same height. The mic was conected to a notebook that was as well the source of the signal thrue a integrated sound card... so realy take the data relatively.

The speakers are not really burned it now, but I still wonder why I have such a constant but low line beyond 5k Hz
The question is how much can I trust such a cheap measurement.
