Scaena info
I had an opportunity to listen to the Scaena 1.4 at AXPONA Chicago last weekend. It was definitely the most intriguing speaker system I heard there. I came to the room three times. The first two times, they were playing audiophile-type simple music (vocals and effects) and I was taken back by the extension and holographic imaging. My third listen was to some "real" music. On this listen, the speakers sounded synthetic. It could have been the recording.
I'd love to know more about them and see if we can source some materials to try and DIY a pair for personal use. Any info would be awesome on the drivers and the ribbon tweeters. I'd love to put a parts list together.
