Default TL Terminus direction

I'm building ceiling mounted TL's (see sketch #1) and my question is if there are any problems having the terminus firing towards each other. Will there be a cancellation effect with this setup? Would it be better to place the terminus on the front as sketch #2?

I'd go for the front terminus.

Have you tried a small pair existing speakers in that location? I wonder if you might need some damping treatment to mitigate very early reflections from the ceiling.

Yes I think I'l go for the terminus on the front. I have tried some damping in the ceiling with this in my precent setup (see picture) and I did remove it after a while. I kind of like the sound, at least from my listening position, without it. In my case the reflections from the ceiling added something good to the listening impression. I will for sure try with and without damping in my next setup.

Finishing up. Can't wait to listen to them in the ceiling position.
