Maybe the 127e needs a bit of mass loading to sound better?

I forgot to add, that peak after 10k wasn't there before I tried to glue paper clips around cones' edges.
clips are removed, but peak is still there, I wonder if it is a gorilla glue's leftovers resonance I'll try to chip them off with cutters.

what happened to the forum? I can't edit my own posts.
spike is caused by resonance between copper tube, I inserted, and remaining pieces of dust cup. now when I removed most of the cap's pieces, that spike is much smaller.
it's fun to play them loud. cone is moving way abobe xmax, and yet, speakers are quite listenable, no "screaming".

Good to see some original experiments with cones. And, a good cone to try it on too. Keep thinking.
