Be interesting to see what the specs are on the JX125NG and whether it's a drop-in replacement for the original JX125.

would the 6hd be used as a tweet crossed at about 750Hz?
will it be capable of good spl at that range? |

If the 6HD is up to the original spec, it can be crossed as low as 250Hz and have good SPL. There is a design on the Klang & Tonne website which uses it in a TMT array at 500Hz, crossing to two 5" woofers.
I use mine wide range as small monitors, rolling off below about 120Hz to a bass. |
