I am looking for the individual response curves for the 8" co-axial driver.
Mainly so that i can start work on a crossover. Also, what is the recommended x-over frequency? i think its around 1750 hz or something. i wonder if a serial crossover might work for it. thanks!

IIRC, the 5208c is the cast-basket version of the pressed steel basket 508-2B; they share essentially the same specs (including the compression driver). So, use the 508-2B datasheet from the website.
I once have a schematic of their x-over, tho I tossed it when I noticed it did not specify values for the tapped inductor. In hindsight I wish I had kept it. The guys at Radian shared the x-over schema without complaint; you could ask 'em. Also, the x-over design is pretty-well sorted and not crazy expensive; I'd just buy it and work from there. Cheers |
