Currently I have an OB speaker with Alpha15a woofer and a Fostex Fe167e HF driver.
What i am looking to do is increase the bass to 2 Alpha15a woofers and use a higher spl driver for the HF. so from 200 up need a nice flat response driver that can be run OB. If the driver rolls off at say 15khz or so thought about adding a smaller tweeter to supplement it. thought about the supravox and the visaton. but maybe a 6 or 8 inch wide-ranch driver would work. for the HF there is a bipole ribbon driver that is not too expensive. any ideas?

Your FE167E should be efficient enough
But maybe MTM with 3 x Fe126e Bohlender-Graebener can be ordered dipole "To increase bass"......I am thinking it may not be another Alpha woofer you need Without proper equalising it may not do much, or even make things worse Have you considered a AE Dipole15...or maybe 2 of the cheaper OB15 |

yeah i guess i wanted to get away from the fe167e and move toward something more hi-end.
don't get me wrong the fe167e is not bad. yeah i looked at the B&G Neo8 and wondererd if i can do 2 in a line array. unsure about their lower frquencys though. anyways will keep looking. maybe RCF might have something.
