Need specifics.
What you're asking is like saying, I have this bag of gunpowder and this lead ball. I want to I shoot a particular target over the horizon. Design my cannon for me. Need the exact model of the drivers, or some detailed photos so people can identify them. Also crossing over at 3kHz you might be better off asking in the Loudspeaker forum. 40Hz from an 8 inch driver is a big ask. I'm quite pleased getting 60Hz from mine. Horns wont be cheap, you need a lot of wood and some complicated cutting.
